Well, believe it or not, dispatchers can sometimes be TOO good. Last year, our dispatchers were clearing so many bookings in such a rapid-fire way, Amazon’s watchdog computer program ‘freaked out.’ It thought we were using “bots” to book the loads, so it shut us down!
While the misunderstanding was resolved almost immediately with a few ‘human-to-human’ phone calls, it caught the favorable attention of the Amazon ‘big shots.’ It put us in the highest-possible standing with Amazon – so we are now one of their top go-to truck lines!
